BDO was The Best. I highly recommend to everybody to go next year! This year I have to say Wolfmother was the best (which is why I bought their tee, the very last one I might add) mainly because I had so much fun in the mosh. Even though I was squashed against guys and had my feet jumped on and got soaking wet and smelled like absolute shit, it was bloody awesome! The singer had the maddest aff and was so receptive to the crowd! He just fed off our energy, which made us even more excited. We even got him to skull his beer, lol. Ah, they were so good... : )
End of Fashion were second best, mainly because they sounded exactly the same if not better than on their cd. Plus they were really hot.
Anyway I need to go so I'll talk about BDO later.

i'll go next year if one of the following bands play: Porcupine tree, opeth, pink floyd, the mars volta [impossible coz they played this year] Yes, Rush, Phish, Dream theater, Tool or A perfect circle lol i think that Tool is the most likely of all of the above but i'll go anyway seeing as tho ive never been and i wanna lose my BDO virginity
Tool will just tour NZ anyway at some point after releasing their new album. They generally don't do festivals any more.
I sincerely doubt any of those other bands would turn up, prog ain't usually popular enough :/ and half of those bands are well past over.
Enjoy your first BDO though, even if there isn't a band you want to see, it's always a great time, you might even discover a new found musical interest.
